Pastor Donald E. Brown, Texas born and bred, is an alumnus of Jefferson Moore High School. He is married to Minister Linda Jefferson Brown and together they have three daughters, one son, and twelve grandchildren. 

Pastor Brown is more than just a Pastor, he is also a mentor, a singer, an entrepreneur, and an educator.  He is certified in Behavioral Management, is certified as an interpreter for the deaf, and counsels in financial prosperity.  Pastor Brown has worn many hats within the community. For eleven years he was a bus driver for Waco Transit, for sixteen years, he served as a Therapist Technician for Heart of Texas Behavioral Health Network (formerly HOTMHMR), and since 2006, he has been a commercial driver for M. Lipsitz, Inc. 

In his spiritual walk, he founded Sterling House Ministry. He pastored First Baptist Church of Coolidge, Texas, and Rose of Sharon Baptist Church of Waco, Texas. In 2013, Pastor Brown founded True Vine Worship Center, Waco, Texas, where he is still pastoring.  

Pastor Brown’s newest endeavors include community building events such as Monthly Food Give-a-ways, the Annual Mega Fest, Christmas Toy Give-a-way and The Dream Center. The Dream Center includes programs for youth through elders within the community. Learning programs for people of all ages, depending on the need. The idea of The Dream Center is to meet the needs of the community as they arise.
